Replaces the private Forgejo Herdr source with upstream v0.9.1 at 065ef9d6a531c49fb8bee7e818ef837065b21ee9 and applies three focused package-local patches for title normalization, handoff title/state preservation, and safe config writes. Uses the existing upstream nix/package.nix through applyPatches. Focused Rust tests, cargo fmt --check, nix build .#herdr, version/help smoke, and git diff --check passed.
